The Hamilton International School in Doha, Qatar, emphasizes the ISP value of "Learn Continuously," encouraging both students and staff to be lifelong learners. In 2021, ISP launched The Federico Olivie Fund in memory of a colleague who passed away in 2015. The fund supports ISP staff in the Middle East who wish to enhance their skills through additional training. Successful applicants are selected based on their impact on school performance and commitment to their roles. This year, several individuals, including two teachers from The Hamilton International School, Dalia Mohammed Subhi Aljaibat (EAL Specialist) and Shailaja Shukla (Junior Speech and Language Therapist), were awarded the fund to further their professional development.
