Grade 4 students bring history to life at Exit Point Festival

11-03-2025

From cave art to timelines, Grade 4 students showcased their historical knowledge through an engaging, hands-on festival.

Our Grade 4 students wrapped up their “Being a Historian” unit with an inspiring and interactive Exit Point celebration. Taking ownership of their learning, students curated a vibrant history festival filled with artefact replicas, portraits, cave art, and hieroglyphics.

The event gave students a platform to step into the shoes of historians — exploring how history is recorded, preserved, and interpreted. Families were invited to share in the experience, adding a wonderful sense of community to the learning journey.

A highlight of the day was a special performance by our Drama ECA group, which added a creative and theatrical touch to the festival atmosphere.
